Salesforce Consultant and 2nd Level Support Ref. No: 7998

For our client, an international company that decided to open Centre of Excellence in Kraków we are looking for Salesforce Consultant and 2nd Level Support.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • Higher degree (university) in business administration, and/or business informatics
  • Minimum Salesforce Admin Certification ADM – 201, more certifications in the area of Field Service and Pardot would be beneficial
  • 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
  • Experience in Field Service Lightning would be a plus
  • Strong process knowledge in Sales and/or Service business area (Marketing as an asset)
  • Understanding of interfaces and web services
  • Process experience with integrated sub-systems (SAP ERP etc.)
  • Fluent English is a must and German is a plus

Responsibilities & tasks:

  • Responsible for consulting, conception, planning as well as participation in implementation of strategic and international projects in the CRM environment for the Bystronic Group in Sales and/or Service
  • Global 2nd Level Support for Salesforce including Mobile CRM and interfaces to various surrounding systems (SAP, CPQ, Jira Ticketing, SharePoint…)
  • Customizing and running documentation
  • Checking new requirements from departments (Business Analysis) as specialist to their feasibility and submits solution variants
  • Continuous analysis of business processes with the goal of process optimization through the development of innovative solutions, including implementation by means of customizing
  • Supervises, coordinates and monitors external CRM developers and activities
  • Independent execution and implementation of projects and close cooperation with internal stakeholders as well as external service providers
