For our client, an international company located in Kraków, due to new business centre set-up, we are looking for a candidate interested in above position.

What do you need to have?

  • Min. 5 years of experience in the area of RTR
  • University degree (Business / Finance / Economy / Management)
  • Very good written and verbal English skills
  • Professional knowledge of SAP
  • Ability to manage challenging  stakeholders’ relationships
  • Knowledge of Blackline and Lean Six Sigma will be an asset

What will you be responsible for?

  • Performing all tasks related to month - end closing for the Markets assigned (e.g. accruals, exchange rates calculations, fixed assets, partner billing, cash calls etc.)
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Preparing and reviewing accurate balance sheet reconciliations in line with deadlines
  • Preparing  monthly cash flow forecast
  • Supporting with statutory tax declarations such as VAT, CIT and supporting with other statutory reporting
  • Providing support with the financial statements preparation
  • Preparing internal and external audit deliverables and ensure the liaison with auditors
  • Using root cause analysis to structure effective problem solving
  • Identifying and participating in process improvement and standardization
  • Leading the month end P&L meetings
  • Cooperating with RTR Manager and fulfilling ad hoc responsibilities
