For our Client – an international production company – due to intensive development, we are looking for candidate interested in the above role.

Region: Żory, śląskie


  • 1 - 2 years of professional experience on similiar possition
  • Very good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level)
  • Pro-activeness, improvements driver, problem-solving orientation
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to gather, analyze and establish key patterns and deviations in data
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude towards working with people
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work individually as well as in the team

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end HR administration (onboarding, employee engagement, learning & development, talent and performance management processes, career-pathing, and succession planning in the teams etc.)
  • Liaising with external recruitment service providers
  • Supporting recruitment projects
  • Being 1st point of contact for employees regarding HR issues (registering and checking daily people data)
