Our Client is a new generation business service provider offering services in IT management area. Currently due to opening new office in Cracow we are looking for candidate who will conduct recruitment processes for internal IT roles.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment area, preferably in recruitment of IT roles
  • Very good knowledge of English and Polish
  • Strong communication skills, accuracy, customer approach
  • Being open-minded, people-oriented, cooperative
  • Good knowledge of sourcing tools and social media


Key responsibilities:

  • Being a part of local HR department, cooperating closely with HR Business Partner and Operations Manager
  • Actively looking for candidates, using direct search methods and other necessary sources
  • Reviewing and evaluating applications and resumes
  • Making initial meetings with candidates to present company, position and preliminary assess candidates’ qualifications
  • Organizing, scheduling and coordinating others steps of recruitment process
  • Working closely with recruitment agencies and being their local point of contact
  • Owning and updating recruitment tracer
  • Cooperating with Universities, IT association, Job Fairs in order to find the best candidates
  • Supporting HR department in Employer Branding activities
