Project Manager for Solution and Transformation with German Ref. No: 7679

Requirements:

  • More than 2 years of professional experience working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders in different countries
  • Proven project management qualification (one of the below: Agile Coach, PMI, PMP, Prince2 prac., Change driver, Design Scrum Master 1 or 2 ,Thinking, ITIL, Negotiator Certificate)
  • Knowledge about Migration/Transition management
  • Fluent German and English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to quickly form working relationships, gain credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior management
  • Change management skills
  • Strong team player with a high degree of flexibility
  • Excellent decision making, analytical and problem solving ability
  • Self-driven, proactive and persuasive personality
  • Inspiring attitude and creative mindset
  • Strong leadership capabilities to lead, guide and further develop intercultural teams
  • Excellent persuasion, team management and conflict resolution skills


Responsibilities:

  • End to end delivery of projects/transformations/solutions, proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes and benefits
  • Explore interactively customer requirements, consult for optimized solutions, evaluate cost-benefit ratio of alternative scenarios, identify value increasing options, forecast project schedule, develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Plan, mobilize, consult and direct projects/transformations of medium complexity and scale
  • Ensure that deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
  • Maintain project plans, schedules as well as issue and action logs and other required project documentation, deliver status reporting on regular or ad hoc basis as required
  • Proactively contribute to the development of project management methodology
  • Foster learning, co-operation and feedback throughout the organization
  • Develop and maintain relationships across internal teams, with business partners, stakeholders and external partners and clients
