The Process improvement team is responsible for improving all order-to-delivery related Customer Fulfilment (CF) processes. The team is BPO of SAP ERP SD, key user to various IT systems, responsible for trainings of Customer Fulfilment, follow up of CF compliance and focal point for internal and external audits. The team is key contact for CF reporting. The jobholder will be responsible for resolving issues related to Sales and Distribution systems used in Customer Fulfilment .

  • Min. 3 years of experience in the similar roles, accountabilities and responsibilities (e.g. continuous improvement roles in Customer Service or Supply Chain)
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Logistics Management / Marketing/ Sales is an asset
  • IT literacy is essential together with passion for new technologies and a good appreciation of their uses and limitations
  • Knowledge of customer service processes and tools (SAP, C4C)  are an asset

  • Good training skills

  • Fluent English (C1) is a must. Any other additional EAME language is an advantage


  • Responsible for high quality and standardized training processes within One Europe Organisation related to order-to-delivery from training process, training material and training perspective
  • Support the Supply Chain Process manager by being the co-lead for projects with European or Global scope in Customer Fulfilment
  • Drive improvements in the order-to-cash processes in European Customer Fulfilment organisation
  • Work together with SAP BPO on all new developments, IT upgrades, issue handling and user accesses/authorisations in SAP 
  • Be a key member when implementing global or regional processes and systems and support testing activities
  • Become the expert in the SD processes and systems and propose and implement improvements driving efficiencies
  • Knowledgeable in reporting tools and work closely with Customer Fulfilment and Quality Systems to identify, recommend and develop KPI’s
  • Be the focal contact for internal and external audits ensuring compliance and ISO standards are met
  • Will propose and lead initiatives improving master data accuracy in Customer Fulfilment, be the key contact for mass clean-ups and uploads
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of Customer Fulfilment team
