Over 4 years ago Kingfisher opened a Finance Shared Service Centre in Krakow, to which we are looking for candidates for the position below.
Region: Kraków, małopolskie
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics/Logistics or related fields with equivalent working experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Quality Management
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and communication skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into documented operational requirements
Effective self-management with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely results
Strong verbal communication skills to facilitate cross border interactions and discussions
Very good English writing skills
Fluent in using: MS Office, Microsoft Visio
Experience in SAP will be an advantage
Responsibilities & tasks:
Work closely with the Finance Transformation Director and Global Process Owners to plan, create, and manage the overall process documentation
Ensure that standard conventions and tools are used in the documentation of processes, such as policies, checklists, forms, process maps, and etc.
Develop process documentation, particularly Desktop Procedures and Flow Charts, Process Instructions and Procedures for given processes
Review the availability of process documents on a recurring basis to ensure that the most recent version is available
Address and escalate any process deficiencies to the relevant stakeholders throughout the process documentation stage
Manage other tasks as assigned
