Over 4 years ago Kingfisher opened a Finance Shared Service Centre in Krakow, to which we are looking for candidates for the position below.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics/Logistics or related fields with equivalent working experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Quality Management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and communication skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into documented operational requirements
  • Effective self-management with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely results
  • Strong verbal communication skills to facilitate cross border interactions and discussions
  • Very good English writing skills
  • Fluent in using: MS Office, Microsoft Visio
  • Experience in SAP will be an advantage

Responsibilities & tasks:

  • Work closely with the Finance Transformation Director and Global Process Owners to plan, create, and manage the overall process documentation
  • Ensure that standard conventions and tools are used in the documentation of processes, such as policies, checklists, forms, process maps, and etc.
  • Develop process documentation, particularly Desktop Procedures and Flow Charts, Process Instructions and Procedures for given processes
  • Review the availability of process documents on a recurring basis to ensure that the most recent version is available
  • Address and escalate any process deficiencies to the relevant stakeholders throughout the process documentation stage
  • Manage other tasks as assigned
