Requirements:

  • Min. one year of experience in transaction monitoring (TM)
  • An ability to speak French fluently
  • Communicative English skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • University degree
  • An ability to work independently in a project environment


Responsibilities:

The Financial Crime Department is dedicated to preventing and detecting financial crimes, with a particular focus on anti-money laundering (AML) efforts.

Our analysts work on processes such as Transaction Monitoring (TM), where they identify unusual or suspicious transaction patterns that may require further investigation. As part of their work, they assess the level of risk related to sanctions, politically exposed persons (PEPs), and high-risk jurisdictions.

By supporting clients in maintaining compliance with international regulations, the team plays a vital role in promoting financial transparency and security.

Tasks:

  • Gathering and analyzing documentation according to the requirements
  • Preparing and updating transaction monitoring  profiles and alerts in accordance with the current policies and guidelines
  • Performing research via internal and external sources
  • Working on client projects delivered in Poland and abroad
  • Supporting junior staff on project work environment
