For our Client – an international production company – due to intensive development and opening of new plant, we are looking for candidate interested in the above role.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in similiar area
• Master/Bachelor degree
• Very good English (B2/C1)
• Computer skills (user perspective)
• Production process knowledge
• Quality tools knowledge
• Tools and injection process knowledge (thermoplastic)
• Willingness to business trips (in Poland and abroad)

Responsibilities:

• Manage control irregularities and defects, using quality procedures
• Direct and coordinate all specifications and quality standards in plant
• Interface with customers with respect to the management of quality policies
• Collaborate with several departments of the company, optimizing the quality/processes in line with the strategy and defined guidelines
• Manage and guarantee the Quality System
• Ensure good training of all employees in the Company's procedures. It is, where necessary, the Managing Director in external audits
• ensure absolute loyalty and confidentiality in all matters
• Inform direct manager on issues that go beyond their functional skills and can put in question the normal course of proceedings
• Inform direct manager of difficulties for the effective performance of their functions, presenting based solution proposals
• Ensure constant scientific update, technical and behavioral knowledge of the inherent function
