For our Client – an international production company – due to intensive development and opening of new plant (greenfield project), we are looking for candidate interested in the above role.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Master/Bachelor degree in Engineering related studies
• Experience at work in engineering environment
• Very good English skills 
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to details
• Problem-solving orientation
• Being resistant to stress
• Organizational commitment and taking initiative

Key responsibilities:

• Being active voice factory in Engineering Central product and the RCT's in development
• Participating in Engineering meetings Central product and factory
• Working in coordination with the Factory Director in making the best industrial and economic decisions
• Making report when necessary
• Complying, enforcing and improving the Quality System procedures
• Participating in the implementation of the Modifications Management methodology that shows the impact on areas directly related – ECR
• Holding meetings with Board Factory and the various departments involved in analysis and follow-up of the affairs of Product Engineering
• Ensuring proper introduction of RCT's
• Ensuring that all the information available and processes have a high degree of reliability not allowing ambiguities, potential errors and unproductive
• Ensuring a high traceability file Factory
• Checking for all necessary information on the management of the production system in order to ensure proper implementation of the ECR's
