Requirements:

  • Experience in Performance&Reward/Compensation&Benefits area as an Expert/Partner/Consultant/Senior Specialist
  • Knowledge of applying performance and reward frameworks and concepts in complex organisations
  • Knowledge of legal, governance, and compliance requirements related to remuneration
  • Strong advisory skills and ability to resolve complex issues
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate and present insights into effective and data-driven recommendations
  • Proficiency in using survey benchmarking tools and other systems and data sources
  • Advanced Excel skills and Intermediate skills across the suite of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and maintain strong partnerships with vendors and service partners
  • Strong communication skills using a variety of channels and facilitating different language and cultural requirements
  • Experience working in multinational corporation with understanding and awareness of diverse cultural practices (preferred)
  • Flexibility to accommodate global meetings across various time zones on an infrequent basis


Responsibilities:

The Performance and Reward Partner is a trusted advisor that provides advice and solutions that enable the company to deliver to its purpose and mission. The role is part of the global Performance and Reward Centre of Expertise (CoE) team supporting all of markets in Europe, Asia and ANZ and focused on the delivery of all aspects of performance and reward to drive strategically aligned business outcomes.

  • Consult with leaders, employees and People team on the application of company’s remuneration policies, programs and market practices
  • Partner with internal stakeholders including the People team and Finance to facilitate the implementation and execution of remuneration policies and programs within the business
  • Support the development, maintenance and communications of key remuneration strategies, policies and processes
  • Ensure the effective deployment of remuneration policies and practices including compliance with legislative and governance requirements
  • Provide education, coaching and training on performance and reward to leaders, employees and People partners as necessary
  • Deliver global remuneration processes including the Annual Remuneration Review, Short Term Incentive Plans (STIP), Profit Share Plan, and Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) programs
  • Identify trends and provide insights and analysis on effective performance and reward practices
  • Conduct benchmarking using survey data and other sources to assess remuneration competitiveness and provide insights to leaders
  • Co-ordinate international talent mobility with external vendors and provide ongoing support to the expatriate population
  • Support the preparation and delivery of governance activities including the Annual Report and Remuneration Committee papers
  • Work collaboratively to develop pragmatic and sustainable remuneration solutions and tools for the business
  • Partner with in-country People Business Partners to deliver employee benefits
  • Maintain strong partnerships with vendors and service partners
