What do you need to have?

  • Service delivery or performance management experience coming from a global business within a GBS/BPO environment
  • Experience of coordinating GBS/BPO governance, processes, data and technology
  • Demonstrable track record of designing, delivering and embedding governance in a dynamic organisation 
  • You can build and deliver reporting packages using PowerBI, Tableau or Excel
  • Proven ability to leverage data to drive insight and business results
  • Ability to influence others to deliver value of GBS organisation 
  • Advanced analytical skills combined with experience of presenting analysis through PowerPoint to executive leadership
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of SAP, Ariba, VMI, other finance and procurement technologies is a plus


What will you be responsible for?

As a Performance Management and Governance Lead you will set up Service Management Framework, manage performance of GBS, which includes establishing and managing service catalogue, designing outcome focused metrics and overseeing their delivery. This person will also create and deliver performance dashboards and reports for GBS and its individual functions. This role will partner with functional teams to benchmark performance, set targets and report on their achievements.

 

Service Management Framework

  • Establishing effective and fit for purpose service management framework
  • Maintaining and continuously improving service catalogue
  • Setting KPIS, SLAs and performance measures in line with GBS and Company’s objectives

GBS Governance:

  • Setting up GBS governance framework (external and internal)
  • Running governance process (agendas, meetings, materials)
  • Supporting Global Process Owners in establishing and running their process governance
  • Supporting GBS Director and GBS Leadership in creation of content for key meetings

Performance management and reporting:

  • Designing and delivering functional dashboards
  • Preparing management and reporting packs for GBS leadership
  • Collaborating with GBS functions to provide information on GBS performance, answer to data request, provide forecast inputs for cost analysis

Target setting and tracking:

  • Translating high level targets for GBS to lower level e.g. for centres or individual teams
  • Tracking GBS initiatives outcomes, in support of Head of Change and Transformation, to show value GBS brings to the business
  • Proposing new solutions that will have a positive impact on efficiency, effectiveness and new value that GBS can bring to the business
