People&Culture Administration Assistant with French Ref. No: 8363

For our Client, the company from HoReCa sector, we are looking for the Candidate to join global People&Culture team.

Requirements:

  • Around 3 years of relevant work experience in HR / Personnel Administration area
  • Experience in full employee lifecycle process
  • Experience in payroll support will be an asset
  • Very good French
  • Good English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of time & attendance/payroll systems will be an asset
  • Curious attitude, keen on process improvements and systems implementation
  • Team player with high communicational skills


Responsibilities:

The People & Culture Administration Assistant is responsible for his/her scope of activity in partnership with managers for all Human Resources administrative support related to the employee's life cycle: hiring, payroll, time management, various declarations (healthcare insurance, occupational health), end of contract.

Administrative management of personnel:

  • Hiring formalities: preliminary declaration of hiring; occupational health registration; healthcare registration
  • Employment contracts, certificates and transfer letter administration
  • Departure formalities: employment certificate; full and final settlement receipt; occupational health radiation; healthcare radiation (or membership in private healthcare health portability)

Payroll management:

  • Preparation of payroll variables: updating hourly rates and contract databases; weekly reporting of payroll variables; entering bonuses, absences, deposits, advances, transport reimbursements
  • Monitoring of residence permits: completion of part-time work permits for foreign students; management of 35-hour work permits for work-study students; formal notice, suspension and disciplinary procedure

Training:

  • Management of support for state training organization (OPCO): company information sheet; Cerfa; training agreement; monitoring of invoices and termination formalities
  • Management of leave of absence: declaration to the state organization and to the works council
  • Monitoring of reporting; mandatory document update

Occupational medicine:

  • Monitoring of invoices and membership/deregistration
  • Monitoring of the completion of periodic visits and updating the company file
