What do you need to have?

  • University diploma (Business / Finance / Economy / Management)
  • Extensive knowledge and min. 7 years of experience in the area of Order to Pay/Purchase to Pay
  • Experience on a position of Operations Manager
  • Ability to influence the senior management
  • Good client facing and presentation skills
  • Experience of SAP system
  • Fluency in English


What will you be responsible for?

  • Overall responsibility and accountability for organization and delivery of high quality service for all processes within Order to Pay process area including payments, payment resolutions and helpdesk
  • Meeting all service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within Order to Pay process area
  • Ensuring adherence to controls and audit requirements while execution of processes
  • Supporting Global Process Owner in setting the transformation agenda and driving process improvements and digitalisation
  • Managing the offshore global operational teams, managing their performance and providing guidance if required
  • Identifying the recruitments needs both in regards to team size and profiles for recruited employees
  • Assigning priorities for operations and high quality services delivered to all business stakeholders
  • Ensuring that all deliverables for the project are identified, tracked, followed and executed on an ongoing basis
  • Following the budget and performing budget analysis
  • Promoting Continuous Improvement culture - striving to simplify, standardise and improve processes across all countries
  • Managing and resolving stakeholder’s issues
