Requirements:

• Practical knowledge of Azure resource management
• Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies
• Practical knowledge of issues related to network administration
• Practical knowledge of managing Windows Server and Windows 10 systems
• Experience in managing Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
• Experience in working in a similar position
• Explaining the value and benefits of Microsoft 365 services in an accessible way
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Higher technical education or the last years of studies
• English skill allowing fluent oral and written communication
• Technical certificates and practical experience with Microsoft FastTrack and Cloud Acceleration will be an additional advantage

Responsibilities:

• Conducting technical workshops for clients (e.g. Cloud Acceleration)
• Consulting and solving infrastructure problems with clients
• Implementation of improvements in customer infrastructure (e.g. as part of the FastTrack program)
• Configuration of M365, Azure, and AvePoint products for customers
• Involvement in works related to the implementation of IT systems
