For our client, an international company located in Krakow, we are looking for candidates with experience in the area of Business Performance Management motivated to develop in business analysis and project management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in e.g. Finance/Management Accounting
  • Professional experience in the area of Business Performance Management (controlling/cost accounting/ budgeting/ forecasting etc.)
  • Understanding of business control and management accounting & reporting
  • Good understanding of Cost Accounting methodology, Reporting and Consolidation of data
  • Ability to understand E2E process strategy, its application to the task and responsibilities in this position and explain it to relevant stakeholders
  • Professional experience in the area of project management/transition will be an asset
  • Project certifications (PMI, PRINCE2 or other) will be an asset
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of the SAP system
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Strong and effective communication, facilitation and presentation, strategic thinking, effective time management


Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert knowledge of the Business Performance Management area (controlling/cost accounting/ budgeting/ forecasting etc.)
  • Supporting implementation of SAP S4/HANA solution in Operating Companies (legal entities)
  • Analysing Business Perfomance Management processes; assisting in performing ‘AS IS’ analysis during Solution Identification (SOL-ID) phase and collecting required information for the Change Impact analysis
  • Assisting in successful closing of the gaps between “as is” and “to be” situation
  • Coordinating testing cycle (authorizations, UAT, end to end test, regression testing)
  • Reporting back on defects detected during the testing and coordinating defect resolution
  • Writing and reviewing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Preparing New Ways of Working presentations; identifying the training needs and conducting trainings for end users
  • Providing input to tollgate decks (milestones)
  • Analyzing performance during Ramp Up and proposing corrective actions
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and designing the implementation roadmap
  • Capturing lessons learned and best practices from each Operating Company, and integrating them into future Impact resolution / improvement roadmaps
