For our client, an international company located in Krakow, due to the intensive development, we are looking for candidates interested in gaining professional experience and development in the area of accounting.


Requirements:

  • Master/Bachelor degree (preferably economic disciplines)
  • Min. 1 year of professional experience in the area of accounting/finance
  • Experience in OTC process will be an asset
  • Very good command of English (min. B2)
  • Knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
  • High interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Proactivity and engagement


Responsibilities:

  • Complete the following Cash Application processes
      • Manage electronic payments process
      • Perform bank reconciliations
      • Maitain integrity of customer ledger for both credit notes and customer payments
      • Process customer refunds where required
      • Execute direct debit process
      • Regularly update the team leader around developments and progress of relevant operational issues
      • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and propose any improvements in the process
  • Develop and maintain successful working relationships with customers, employees, local Operating Companies (OpCos) and other key stakeholders
  • Consistently adhere to Global and HGSS procedures, policies and regulations for areas including Tax, Credit policy, Order to Cash, etc.
