What do you need to have?

• University degree, preferably in Banking, Finance or Business Informatics
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the financial sector (preferably in static data management/fund data management)
• Professional experience in the field of an investment management company or a depository
• Professional experience in the field of master data
• Good knowledge of the various fund variants (especially real estate funds) will be an asset
• Knowledge of the various derivative variants will be an asset
• Very good knowledge of English
• Experience with the data providers (preferably Bloomberg)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with MS Sharepoint and MS Dynamics will be an asset
• Experience with XENTIS and/or SimCorp Dimension will be an asset

What will you be responsible for?

• Creation and changes of fund master data in Xentis
• Registration/application for ISINs for new UI funds
• Setting up and amending securities master data in Xentis;
• Preparing and providing files incl. interface monitoring for correct data transmission into Xentis in the case of multiple/mass changes to fund and securities master data
• Setting up, amending and deleting (inactivating) contacts, companies and groups (broker groups) in CRM and documenting the assignments
• Setting up derivatives and supplementing features for pricing
• Handling the daily corporate action processing in Xentis to verify and handle in-come payments, obligatory corporate actions and bullet maturities of securities and derivative positions
• Interactions with fund accounting to handle cases not processed in Xentis and/or resolve enquiries e.g. arising from custodian reconciliations
• Data research using data providers WM-Datenservice and Bloomberg for master data and maturity data
• Setting up, amending and inactivating flexible master data fields and field tables in Xentis
• Defining parameters for transaction types in cooperation with internal units and Profidata, and maintenance of decision trees in Xentis
• Archiving inquiries, papers and documents in accordance with the retention policy
