For our Client – global  business process outsourcing leader, we are looking for special agents who want to become part of a transformation department. It helps businesses and organisations to identify, build and carry through transformation programs that will improve the company growth.

What do you need to have?

• Previous experience in transformation/transition/process improvement/mapping projects in SSC/BPO sector
• Hands – on  experience with process design and documentation
• RtR background or previous experience as a Subject Matter Expert in this area
• Experience in project management will be an asset
• Fluent English
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to take initiative and act independently
• Ability to travel (international and domestic)

What will be your role?

You will be a team-member of projects connected with implementation of solutions in R2R process and/or starting up new SSC, accountancy models reorganizations and ERP systems implementations.

You will be responsible for:

• Analysing process and identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement
• Participating in transformation/transition activities and cooperation with project management team on projects related and implemented for countries supported
• Ensuring documentation for processes impacted by the project is up to date
• Planning and tracking projects including timelines, costs and resource requirements
• Supporting implementation of new tools, systems
• Cooperating with different business stakeholders
