For our client, Shared Service Center with a stable position on a Cracow’s market, we are looking for a whole new team dedicated to a transformation project – roles of different levels of complexity and seniority.

What do you need to have?

• Experience on similar positions related to communications area or in transformation projects
• Experience with digital media and platforms (video editing etc)
• Fluent English
• Exceptional active listening and communication skills, able to bring the message across to different audiences
• Be creative, come up with new ideas and deliver in a fast-pace environment
• Show flexibility, proactivity and be an energetic team player
• Availability to travel in Europe (25 - 40%)

What will be your role?

As the Change Communications Specialist you are responsible for:

 

• Contributing to the design of the Transformation Change Communications strategy
• Supporting senior stakeholder engagement activities at transformation level
• Designing and developing communication tools and standards (including videos, workplace postings, workbooks) for the transformation
• Supporting and co-developing people engagement activities with the HR Transformation lead
