Kingfisher has recently opened a new Finance Shared Service Centre in Cracow. We are looking for experienced candidates for the above position.

Requirements:

• Bachelor`s degree
• Have deep understanding of P2P process
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, experience in Accounts Payable would be an asset
• Excellent spoken & written English – C1
• Good level of French language would be nice to have
• Analytical skills combined with very good MS Excel
• MS Power point operating level would be beneficial at the position
• Have excellent problem-solving skills and cooperation attitude
• Have knowledge of SAP accounting system (considered an asset)
• Are self-motivated and can work under pressure
• Very good communication skills
• Proactiveness in finding and proposing solutions

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates P2P compliance activities delivered by GBS
• Responsible for rebates collection in a cost effective and timely manner
• SLA/KPI reporting • Performs regular ad hoc reports within P2P areas
• Performs data compliance check between various P2P systems
• Verifies compliance to internal procedures within P2P
• Daily contact with various departments within the Kingfisher group as well as with vendors
