Our client is a leading international unit for certification of safety and quality for products, services and management system. Due to the opening of new Shared Service Center in Katowice we are looking for candidates with financial background. 

Your qualifications:

  • University degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar)
  • Previous experience in a relevant accounting area, preferably in an international environment
  • Good command of German and English  (min. B1)
  • Knowledge of ERP system, SAP will be an asset
  • Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team
  • Willingness to participate in a business travel

Your tasks:

  • Performs various operational activities within an AP/AR area
  • Verifies and process invoices according to defined policies and procedures in ERP system
  • Ensures proper matching of invoices with the payments
  • Responsible for the preparation of specifications/reconciliations and documentation of the submitted financial data
  • Reports periodically or upon request KPI’s measurements
  • Possible participation in a process migration
