Legal Support Specialist Ref. No: 8053

For our Client - international company - we are looking for candidates for a position of: Legal Support Specialist.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ legal/paralegal experience in law firm or in-house corporate legal department
  • Degree in Legal/Paralegal Studies preferred
  • Experience in project/team management
  • Experience in an international business environment
  • Experience with DocuSign CLM contract lifecycle management tool or similar computer systems and databases
  • Familiarity with all Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.) applications
  • Experience and expertise in database software programs
  • Understanding of governance and reporting mechanisms and obligations
  • Understanding of  corporate transactional processes
  • Good working knowledge of standard office technology and equipment and office procedures
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Srong interpersonal skills and problem-solving attitude
  • Energy and enthusiasm, with desire to learn and assume responsibility
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and adapt to changes in workflow
  • Ability to and taste for interacting and communicating with all levels of staff
  • Ability to deal with and preserve highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Fluency in English


Responsibilities:

  • Perform factual and records research as well as occasional legal research
  • Organize, analyze cross-check and validate information
  • Prepare reports
  • Draft legal documents including agreements and forms
  • Check and edit legal forms and documents for accuracy
  • Assist in the drafting of policies and procedures
  • Collating and preparing legal documents
  • Corporate housekeeping, assistance in subsidiary governance
  • Keep factsheet document and the global entity management platform of all group companies up to date
  • Implement and maintain contract/document management systems and processes
  • Build, organize and maintain databases and filing systems
  • Prepare correspondence, written communications, and presentations
  • Calendar and meeting management - keeping track of important tasks and deadlines
  • Taking notes and preparing memoranda
