Requirements

• Higher university degree or last year of studies
• Internship in Accounts Payable/Procurement Team is an asset
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferable SAP FI & MM modules is an asset,  knowledge of Ariba is an asset
• English and Spanish - at least B2 level is a must
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Continuous Improvement mindset

Responsibilities

• Processing incoming invoices (PO & NPO) and Travel Expenses according to defined processes with support from Senior Specialist
• Handling simple vendor queries
• Maintaining vendors accounts, reconciling vendors' statements and resolving debit balances
• Performing internal controls as per design
• Maintaining effectively relationships with stakeholders
• Maintaining existing Work Instructions and any knowledge management files providing updates with support from Senior Specialist
• Performing ad hoc activities
