Due to intensive development of Cracow office we are looking for Recruiter interested in cooperation with IT world.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • Min. 1 year of experience in recruitment (IT or gamedev area would be an asset)
  • Advanced English
  • Excellent sourcing skills
  • Very good knowledge of the labor code/labour law
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects
  • Ability to work independently to achieve targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organization skills, attention to details
  • Experience of working in companies with western style of management would be an asset


Key responsibilities:

  • Gamedev recruitment all around the world
  • Dealing with end-to-end recruitment and hiring issues including search, interviews, employment administration  
  • Conducting Newcomers adaptation
  • Conducting hiring and adaptation training events
  • Leading HR brand projects: partnership with universities, internship projects, gamedev and IT conferences
  • Participation in other HR-related projects
