Over 4 years ago Kingfisher opened a Finance Shared Service Centre in Krakow, to which we are looking for candidates for the position below.

What experience you’ll bring:

  • University degree (HR management or relevant)
  • 5+ years of relevant HR experience in multinational organization
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations and performance management
  • Solid knowledge of Human Resources functions and processes
  • Very good knowledge of the local labour law and the ability to apply it in practice
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization in international environment
  • Ability to take initiative, resolve issues and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Flexibility, openness to change and new challenges
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • English language fluency, both in spoken and written

 


What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead all recruitment processes in GBS and manage a small recruitment team
  • Support creation and development of the newly-created Engineering Centre
  • Manage relations with external providers, including recruitment agencies, and internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and senior management
  • Manage and oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding across the team
  • Employer branding activities (job fairs, cooperation with advertising agencies, recruitment portals, taking care of the GBS website, etc.)
  • HR business partnering with local management on organisational development, talent development and culture and values
  • Provide Line Managers advice and coaching on people-related issues, workplace relations, performance and capability management
  • Act as the first level support for Employee Relations issues such as disciplinary actions or grievances
  • Serve as a point of contact on HR questions and other issues raised by local managers
  • Take care of procedures, policies, instructions and company regulations
  • Prepare relevant HR reports & statistics and data-driven recommendations
  • Participate in various automation and optimisation projects to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes across the organisation
  • Prepare reports, analyses, recommendations and presentations based on internal and market data and trends
  • Evaluate, analyse, and implement various Human Resources activities which include, but are not limited to employee engagement and relations, compensation and benefits, talent and performance management
