For our Client, we are looking for the Candidate to join their new Business Center in Cracow.

Requirements:

  • Extensive HR strategic and business partnering experience, ideally from a financial services or professional services background
  • Experience in start-up environment will be an asset
  • Proven experience in organisational design, capacity planning, and strategic leadership roles
  • HR Certification is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Workday is desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels


Responsibilities:

As a HR Business Partner, you will be working closely with key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability, shaping and implementing effective people strategies and activities within the organisation, both in headquarters and our Portfolio Companies. This includes ensuring compliance with local labor law regulations and implementation of various HR programs, processes, and tools. You will also play a detrimental role in collaborating with our Business Partners across the other departments in onboarding newly acquired companies, ensuring a smooth integration process.

  • Partner with business leaders to develop an understanding of the business, their priorities and challenges and lead the people strategy for each group
  • Advise and guide on employee relations issues and people challenges to identify and minimise risk to the business
  • Use evidence and data to identify people priorities for the business and address future workforce needs
  • Provide guidance and consult on organisational restructure and design
  • Focus on succession planning and talent development initiatives to ensure leadership continuity and readiness
  • Bring people expertise and develop solutions to help the business area to deliver its strategy
  • Influence and build relationships with stakeholders across both HQ and Portfolio Companies
  • Partner with the wider HR team on implementation of initiatives, acting as the local point of contact for the Portfolio Companies
  • Coach and provide feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and implement initiatives that drive employee engagement withing the businesses
  • Collaborate with Business Partners on the onboarding of newly acquired companies
  • Assist in the design, review and implementation of HR policies and processes
  • Serve as a pivotal change agent, influencing and facilitating organisational change initiatives
  • Lead change management initiatives that align with people and business strategies, supporting business leaders with the implementation and communication of these plans
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition and Strategic Business Partners on resource planning for identifying synergies, gaps and scalability
  • Lead programmes including talent management, employee engagement and performance development
  • Ensure understanding and adherence to jurisdictional employment law, GDPR and other compliance requirements
