HR Business Partner Ref. No: 8046

For our Client we are looking for: HR Business Partner.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting/ talent management. 
  • Strong knowledge of employment law
  • Fluency in English
  • Independence in managing the assigned tasks and focus on quality
  • Proactive attitude
  • Stong communication, organizational and interpesonal skills
  • Broad experience in areas such as talent management, employee relations, succession planning and talent development
  • Curious and have a huge learning appetite


Responsibilities:

  • Aligning staff to business objectives
  • Recruiting personel (incl. the right talent)
  • Enhancing staff performance
  • Supporting employee development
  • Enhancing recruitment efforts
  • Planning strategic HR initiatives
  • Running orientation and onboarding processes
  • Communicating role expectations
  • Designing succession plans
  • Maintaining staff relations
  • Updating policies and practices
  • Overseeing wellness and health initiatives
  • Implementing HR tools
  • Close interaction with SSC Management in the field of company management
  • Close cooperation with HR and Adm representatives (incl. HR Adm backup)
