Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in H&S management within the construction industry
  • Expertise in risk assessment and management
  • Proficiency in safety policies, project controls, and EPC operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Experience with safety documentation, training programs, and compliance oversight
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a collaborative environment

Personal Qualifications:

  • Excellent technical writing and presentation skills
  • Strong decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure situations
  • Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the company's safety programs to ensure accident-free and hazard-free work environments
  • Ensure compliance with local, EU, and international H&S regulations across construction sites
  • Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and incident investigations to promote a culture of safety
  • Train employees and subcontractors on site-specific safety protocols and emergency procedures
  • Collaborate with project managers to manage safety compliance for subcontractors
  • Update and maintain disaster response plans and ensure effective emergency preparedness
  • Prepare reports and analyze industrial accidents to recommend preventative measures
  • Stay updated on safety regulations and ensure their integration into operations
