Your Profile:

 

  • At least 2 years of experience managing projects in finance and/or accounting

  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes and best practices

  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, Jira, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

  • English proficiency at C1 level or above

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and change management skills

  • Creating and managing project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation 

  • Monitoring progress, managing budgets, and ensuring on-time delivery 

  • Coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining clear documentation 

  • Identifying and managing risks to keep things running smoothly 

  • Preparing executive-level reports and presenting key insights 

  • Driving change management activities and supporting smooth transitions 

  • Coaching and guiding project team members to success
