Employer Branding and Communication Specialist Ref. No: 7850

For our Client - international company - we are currently looking for enthusiastic candidates for the position of: Employer Branding and Communication Specialist.

Region: Krakow, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • University degree (communications, psychology, HR or similar faculty would be an asset)
  • 3 years of working experience in the communication/EB/marketing area, in an international corporate environment or in a communications/marketing agency
  • Experience in implementing employer branding strategies and activities
  • Managing social media channels and analyzing performance
  • Creative thinking, proactiveness and readiness to take initiative
  • Passionate about telling stories that will inspire and engage our future employees
  • Experience in collaborating with various stakeholders
  • Understanding of the SSC/BPO landscape
  • Fluency in English, excellent verbal and written communication
  • Very good MS Office skills, experience in graphic design programs/tools would be helpful
  • You have a friendly, open, professional, and authentic personality and you enjoy building connections with multicultural and dynamic teams


Responsibilities & tasks:

  • Participating in the shaping and regular update of  Business Services employer branding strategy
  • Organizing and coordinating different campaigns and initiatives to strengthen the overall awareness of  Business Services as an attractive employer and increase the visibility of brand on the market
  • Contributing to our talent acquisition strategy by offering and executing initiatives to find the right talent
  • Supporting and closely cooperating with the Talent Attraction team in attracting, engage, and hire the best candidates
  • Cooperating and creating long term relationships/partnerships with universities; defining the framework for internship programs
  • Positioning Business Services as a great place to work for existing employees by participating in the creation of employee value proposition and organizing and coordinating different internal EB activities
  • Defining and adjusting the internal communication strategy and plan for the company
  • Identifying and implementing internal communications channels and tools aligned with the EB strategy and company needs
  • Preparing and supervising preparation of visuals and EB materials
  • Measuring the results of our employer branding initiatives and making data-driven decisions about future activities
  • Benchmarking SSC/BPO market trends, educating stakeholders about EB trends and tools
  • Influencing the involvement of KION BS employees to gain their interest and active participation in various EB initiatives
