For our client, an American automotive company and global product leader in providing innovative and sustainable e-mobility solutions for the automotive market, due to development of their New Technological Center (R&D) in Krakow, we are looking for Electrical Design Engineer.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical/electronic design
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Experience in EMI/EMC-compliant electronics design
  • Knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and FMED
  • Experience with CAD, simulation, and standard engineering software
  • Experience in Power Electronics is an advantage
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve electrical design requirements and perform worst-case analysis
  • Develop electrical schematics and finalize the Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Lead PCB design and layout activities in cooperation with ECAD
  • Lead Electrical DFMEA and ensure design risks are properly addressed
  • Plan and execute electrical validation and testing activities
  • Prepare and release technical documentation according to the Product Development Process
  • Support Manufacturing, Validation, and Test teams throughout project development
  • Drive electrical project execution and ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate with customers and global engineering teams
  • Provide technical support and mentoring to other engineers
