Contract Administrator Specialist Ref. No: 7839

Currently for our Client we are looking for candidates for the above position.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience with Procurement function (experience in Contract Management is an asset)
  • Higher university degree 
  • English - at least B2 level is a must 
  • Knowledge of SAP MM module & knowledge of Ariba system is an asset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to details and quality
  • Ability to work with limited guidance according to existing process descriptions stopping process in unforeseen circumstances 
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and with switching priorities
  • Ability to work efficiently in multinational and virtual team
  • Proactive and creative in terms of improving ways of working


Responsibilities

  • Processing requests from Corporate Procurement and IT License Management, Corporate IT (ITLM) in relation to contract signatures; finalize signing process 
  • Publishing contracts in Ariba
  • Maintaining contract data base in Ariba
  • Assures up-to-date reporting possibilities in spend view systems
  • Participate in contract life cycle taking necessary steps to update, extend and terminate contracts as per requests from CP and ITLM
  • Assuring completeness and correctness of DPAs in relation to GDPR regulations
  • Maintain Contract Access set up 
  • Supporting and promoting Corporate Procurement Policy
  • Creating and maintaining effectively the relationship with CP and ITLM
  • Managing business relationship, taking ownership of requests and issues (including more complex) as well as following them through to resolution
  • Leading or taking part in improvement or knowledge management initiatives and supporting creation of best-in-class Contract Administration practices across functions 
  • Supporting development of Contract Administration procedures, policies, standards and tools/systems
  • Supporting development of Contract Administration Team
