Continuous Improvement Specialist Ref. No: 8047

For our Client we are looking for: Continuous Improvement Specialist.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie

Requirements:

  • BSc/BA in business administration, finance or another relevant field
  • Experience as improvement specialist or process owner within the Finance domain
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to convince and challenge the status quo
  • Project management expertise is an asset
  • Understanding of integrated ERP software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with ERP IFS process owners and SSC management in determining and documenting the future state processes and procedures for the Shared Service Center
  • Eliminate waste and identify improvement opportunities from the onset of the SSC
  • Support transition management in identifying optimal solutions to country specific activities that should be addressed as part of the transition of work to the SSC
  • Support in implementing tools in 
  • Close cooperation with the SSC management team
  • Analyzing processes/KPIs, identify improvement opportunities and implement improvements
  • Applying LEAN (Six Sigma) tools and identifying bottlenecks and fluctuations relative to plan
  • Initiate improvement proposals
  • Lead multidisciplinary projects by setting up improvement projects, monitoring implementation and implementing improvement proposals
  • Communicating and presenting results for different stakeholders within the organization
  • Responsible for Access Management within the SSC
  • Playing the super user role within the systems used in SSC and provide required training within Schoeller Allibert whenever needed
  • Support in implementing tools in Schoeller Allibert
  • Playing the role of super user for primary tools used in Fin Dept
