After successful Proof of Value of RPA technology, Kingfisher is now setting up Automation Centre of Excellence with the goal of driving Automation Efficiency Programme within the Group. As we are forming the RPA Delivery Team, we are looking for a person willing to step in the role of CoE RPA Controller.
Region: Kraków, małopolskie
At least one year of experience in process automation, preferably in the role of RPA Controller or Developer
At least intermediate level of MS Excel & VBA
Very good English language skills (at least B2)
IT mindset and willingness to develop knowledge of technologies and solutions
Proactive mindset, drive for continuous improvement
Very good problem solving and analytical skills
Good inter-personal communication skills – able to explain issues to the Delivery team and follow instructions accurately
Experience in SAP tables (SE16N) – nice to have
Experience in Business Intelligence tools (f.eg. Power BI) – nice to have
CoE RPA Controller supports and administers the day to day running of automation processes in the live environment. CoE RPA Controller will schedule and run processes, ensure the stability of the IT environment, investigate any issues in the live processes, and raise change requests or support calls where required.
Promotion of automations to the Production environment
Develop and maintain Automation Center of Excellence Dashboard and KPIs which enable to monitor: utilisation and capacity of technology and other resources & efficiency and effectiveness of processes for which automation have been released including verification of particular business cases
Daily administration of the live environment (running processes, maintaining resource PCs, viewing logs etc.)
Case Management, managing and allocating process workloads
Managing and investigating exceptions
Solving issues that arise in the day to day running of automated processes and assisting in the provision of timely responses and solutions as required
Communicating with the vendor or development team on software related issues, suggesting improvements and participating with other users in the delivery team
