Requirements:

  • Experienced delivery lead of change and transformation programmes with experience in GBS organisation or consulting
  • Problem solver, determined to find the most optimal solution to business challenges
  • Track record of delivery of significant changes to processes, technology and ways of working that delivered value to the business and increased efficiency and effectiveness of GBS organisation
  • Strong project management skills
  • Understanding how new technologies (RPA, IA, AI, best of breed solutions) can be applied to improve processes, elevate customer experience and drive cost to serve down
  • Experienced in identifying transformation opportunities, process redesign and applying innovative and creative solutions to legacy issues
  • Good initiative and follow through skills – gets things done on time, with attention to detail, and in a well-organised fashion
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal, able to work effectively at all levels and have strong stakeholder management skills
  • Energetic and assertive, collaborative, resilient and motivated by challenges  
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or similar will be advantageous


About The Role:

The Change and Communication Senior Manager will be responsible for:

Portfolio management

  • Maintain and manage a portfolio of transformation opportunities that deliver new value and enhance results provided by GBS
  • Be responsible for tracking and generating incremental cost savings, efficiencies and new sources of value
  • Manage delivery of value cases and targets setting for change and transformation programmes
  • Work with Global Process Owners (GPOs) to design transformation roadmap for their functions
  • Manage governance for delivery of portfolio of GBS change and transformation programmes

Programme shaping and delivery

  • Deliver global complex transformation programmes
  • Ensure application of programme management methodology to change and transformation initiatives delivery
  • Identify and manage resources required for delivery
  • Align GBS leaders and stakeholders around change and transformation strategy, coach and enable other leaders to deliver change efforts
  • Work closely with Global Process Owners through shaping of solution, creating initiatives and delivery of programmes
  • Ensure collaboration between GBS Centres and partners to deliver transformation agenda

Champion transformation and embed change:

  • Deploy and reinforce continuous improvement practices
  • Manage and deliver Transition plan of any change and transformation scope coming to the GBS
  • Facilitate alignment of resources needed in and outside of GBS to embed change to deliver expected outcomes
  • Champion digital innovation and transformation that enhances customer experience and delivers efficiency, effectiveness and simplification

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

  • Nurture Continuous Improvement mindset and reward right behaviours  
  • Encourage teams to create and build new solutions to improve quality of service
  • Champion digital innovation to transform the way people work and improve experience of customers using services of GBS
