What do you need to have?

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in end-to-end AP area
• Experience in people management
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Tenacious with energy and drive
• Experience of SAP system
• Understanding of Finance & Accounting and Procurement processes
• Fluency in English

What will you be responsible for?

• Team management of  AP specialists and analysts - managing the team’s workload and performance
• Providing detailed knowledge of the end to end AP processes and best practice
• Ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met, invoices are processed and payments are made on time
• Ensuring there are adequate controls and these are not compromised
• Monitoring compliance to the process and manages governance around this
• Assisting the Operations Manager and GPO in implementing improvements
• Solving stakeholder problems and issues and performing root cause analysis
• Managing and understanding stakeholder requirements and concerns
• Ensuring issues are quickly acted on, resolved, and the learnings taken from them
• Ensuring supplier queries are promptly answered and resolved
