For our Client IT Company we are looking for Administrative Assistant.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


  • Previous experience in an administrative capacity in a large corporation, ideally in a global environment with a complex matrix structure; Assistant’s experience preferred
  • Proven track record of working independently, prioritizing tasks, handling multiple assignments accurately
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills required; fluency in English and Polish
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact well with all levels of clients, customers and internal staff
  • Detail oriented with exemplary organization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing deadlines and priorities

Responsibilities & tasks:

  • Manage complex calendar for several executives
  • Continuous review and prioritization of executive’s email and other correspondence
  • You will be in charge of translating documents from Polish to English and Vice Versa
  • You will take care of correspondence, phone calls and initial negotiations with partners and contractors
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings and schedules
  • Schedule conference calls, Telepresence meetings, on-site and off-site meetings, and webcasts
  • Manage sensitive and proprietary information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Type, edit and proofread documents and correspondence
