Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering fast pace transition programmes within Shared Services organisations
  • Complex projects management and governance processes management
  • Experience in numerous transitions of various processes (preferred: Finance, Procurement, HR)
  • Ability to collaborate with, communicate and manage stakeholders at various levels of the company
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity, action oriented and able to balance varied priorities


Responsibilities:

As a Transition Lead you will have one of the most crucial roles in setting up new business centre in Cracow - you will be fully responsible for transitioning various processes from all over the world.

  • Participate in planning of new scope transitioning to the centre
  • Support the Head of the Centre in setting a strategic roadmap for future scope expansion
  • Establish methodology and toolkit to deliver transition of processes to a centre
  • Strive for continuous improvement of transition methods
  • Drive transition governance process, run tollgate meetings and assessment of the centre to take accountability for the agreed scope of work
  • Ensure that scope of work is agreed, documented in Service catalogue and transitioned in full
  • Prepare and deliver transition plan for each wave to deliver transition of processes, technology and ways of working
  • Run business readiness assessment activities
  • Collaborate with leadership of the sending and receiving organisation to deliver successful transition
  • Ensure readiness of centre to receive new scope (recruitment completed, office space available, technology solutions in place, etc.)
