Transition & Transformation Manager with German Ref. No: 7804

For our client we are looking for Transition & Transformation Manager with German.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in management, finance, or a similar field
  • Experience in transition management
  • Expertise in project management, as well as transition documentation, tools, and templates
  • Experience in leading projects, coaching and mentoring others
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
  • Ability to cooperate with many stakeholders across different organizational units
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent time management, managerial, and organizational skills
  • Professional qualifications: PMP, Prince 2, LEAN/SixSigma would be an asset
  • Technical or business training, in-depth training in business excellence, e.g. Lean Management or Six Sigma; Black Belt training is an advantage
  • In-depth experience in the use of the usual process analysis and process optimization tools, such as the LEAN philosophy, KAIZEN, KVP, PDCA or DMAIC cycle
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office range; Knowledge of SAP / R3 is desirable
  • Experience in the implementation of large interdisciplinary projects
  • Fluent English and good German


Responsibilities:

  • Planning transitions in detail with all stakeholders and functions involved, including scheduling project deliverables, milestones, required tasks & scope of processes to be transitioned
  • Participating in project meetings with business
  • Partnering with Business to analyze status of local processes in order to early identify areas of concern/clean-ups required on the local side & validate transactional volumes assumption
  • Actively participating in Scope Verification & Knowledge Transfer to document & take over specifics
  • Driving decision making and be the trusted advisor to the stakeholders
  • Monitoring and controlling the execution of the transition plan to ensure OTIF completion of the plans
  • Pro-actively managing risks and escalating when needed. Resolving transitions issues, document risks and creating mitigation plans
  • Identifying improvements to transition methodology.
  • Cooperating with Process Leads to assure standard processes introduction and identification of improvement opportunities in transitioned processes
  • Implementing and supporting of improvement and transformation projects
  • Supporting, advising and empowering managers and employees with regard to business excellence
  • Prioritization of the optimization projects in terms of benefit / effort / criticality
  • Management and participation in interdisciplinary project teams for the design or optimization of business processes
  • Conducting workshops, trainings, evaluations and consulting
  • Participating in the design and further development of the Business Excellence program
