Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
  • A strong combination of technical expertise, product knowledge, and sales skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach
  • Good understanding of the local market, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong desire to grow the business while continuously developing professionally and personally
  • Willingness to travel is required


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and product expertise to customers throughout the sales process
  • Identify customer needs and develop tailored technical and commercial solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Support business development activities and contribute to expanding our market presence
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and customer satisfaction
