For our Client - international company - we are currently looking for enthusiastic candidates for the position of: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter
Region: Kraków, małopolskie
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master degree in HR, or relevant major
At least 3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate, international environment
Working knowledge of Workday Recruiting and LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing channels and screening methods are preferred
Excellent communication, as well as organizational and time management skills
Fluent English language skills are mandatory
Responsibilities:
Manage the end to end recruitment processes together with our Hiring Managers
Create a positive recruitment and hiring experience for Candidates
Build a pipeline of candidates for various technology roles, also by active searching in suitable channels (e.g. LinkedIn)
Source and deliver qualified candidates to project and business teams
Suggest and constantly improve sourcing channels to meet business needs and assist in building the local employer brand for Client
Focus on results, ability to drive the recruiting process and provide responsive follow-up to both candidates and hiring managers
Take part in diverse projects related to talent acquisition and development area
