Requirements:

  • Min. 3 of  experience in similar role in a dynamic, international and complex organisation
  • Experience in suppliers/vendors management
  • Knowledge of operating contracts and commercial terms
  • Expertise in financial planning, financial management, budgeting and investment appraisal skills
  • ITIL accreditation will be an asset
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions from data in a logical and systematic way
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills


What will you be responsible for?

The Supplier Relationship Manager is mainly responsible for leading relationship management activity across one or more of Dyson’s largest strategic suppliers to underpin the delivery of long term commercial and financial plans.

  • Supporting  with maintaining relationships with important  suppliers and internal customers and act as their business partner
  • Obtaining accurate performance information from vendors, reviewing for completencess and accuracy and ensuring timely communication of information across relevant stakeholders
  • Ensuring that a portfolio of suppliers are delivering required levels of service while reporting to senior colleagues
  • Producing accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting that data into standard format
  • Defining and executing on strategies to drive performance, including quality, customer satisfaction and cost in partnership
  • Driving continuous improvement through effective feedback processes to address policy, product, tooling challenges from stakeholders
  • Establishing and ensuring continued operationalization of an effective governance structure that delivers overall relationship and financial oversight
