Senior Procurement Business Process Manager Ref. No: 7687

For our Client, Shared Services Center in Cracow, we are looking for the Candidate for the position described below.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • At least 5 years working experience in a procurement transformation leadership role
  • Passion for leadership and experience in creating and leading high-performance teams
  • Clear track record in leading global transformations in the procurement domain from Source to procure
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills with ability to present high impact material in front of both small and large groups
  • Ability to resolve complex problems across multiple business and IT stakeholder groups in an effective and timely manner
  • Strong change management and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Understanding procurement practice principles and processes
  • Experience creating KPI’s and formal leadership reporting
  • Ability to positively influence, mentor, and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members
  • Ideally extensive knowledge of eProcurement and best in class digital platforms
  • Knowledge of financial processes is an advantage
  • Fluent spoken and written English


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the procurement centre of excellence and a team of business process experts to deliver a best in class procurement organisation
  • Lead part of the GBS procurement transformation to deliver key elements of the group procurement strategy together with heads of group procurement and centre of excellence
  • Ownership and maintenance of procurement E2E standards and processes
  • Embed and manage the governance organisation: Including management of key governance forums
  • Together with the team define and implement global processes and standards supported by best in class procurement solutions
  • Evaluate and provide insight into IT solutions to support the transformation together with Group IT
  • Evaluate and implement service delivery organization including but not limited to service placement evaluation
  • Manage transitions together with GBS Operations
  • Deliver an eProcurement deployment for indirect materials across the group
  • Management of the team to deliver against the planned objectives
  • With the team solve complex issues through strong best practice knowledge
  • Design and deploy global systems, governance, processes, controls and metrics
  • Prepare presentation materials, coordinate, facilitate, and perform follow-up activities in support of key governance forums
  • Continuously develop the team
  • Build a strong collaboration across the organisation to support the future the transformation of the organisation
  • Build a strong external partner network to support the transformation
  • Oversee the transformation roadmap and execution
  • Manage stakeholder at all levels of the organisation
