Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, or equivalent by experience will be an asset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English is a must. Any additional language is a plus
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Eye for details
  • Problem solving & service-oriented attitude with a global perspective
  • Team Player and can do/positive attitude       
  • Able to work independently/organizing your own work
  • Eager to learn


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing multiple accounts in the EU region for the entire process: from order to delivery
  • In charge of taking the order, arranging delivery, processing invoices and after-care
  • Daily contact with European customers and be the link between customers, sales force, technical support, credit control, supply chain and logistic service provider
  • Maintain excellent relationships with Customers and internal and external stakeholders by providing relevant process and business information and by proactively following up the orders and deliveries
  • Pro-actively detect, prevent and resolve issues related to orders and deliveries. Use the appropriate business tools to monitor orders and related exception handlings
  • Be a key partner in the allocation process by following the business, supply chain and legal rules regarding orders and communication to the customers and logistic service providers
  • Manage operationally accruals and  settlement process for rebates and commissions
  • Back up for other CSRs and/or Team Leaders
  • Coordinate the delivery of defined projects and tasks requiring customer service input
  • Assisting with team leader related tasks (excluding direct people management)
