The company is expanding rapidly and will double in size over the coming years. The company’s SSC in Krakow provides mainly financial, customer service and HR services to the entities within the Client’s Group.

Requirements:

• Economic background education (finance/accounting/management)
• Minimum 4 years experience in RTR area
• Fluent knowledge of Russian language
• Very good knowledge of English language (written and oral)
• Good working knowledge of SAP
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to maintain professional business contacts
• Very good Customer Service skills and strong customer driven focus
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to details
• Ability to work under pressure and toward deadlines
• Pro-activeness, improvements driver, problem solver
• Knowledge of international financial accounting standards (e.g. , IFRS, Russian GAAP)
• Experience in working in SSC environment and transition of processes

Responsibilities & tasks:

• Daily general accounting activities and month-end close processes
• Preparation and calculation of monthly and quarterly provisions/accruals/journal vouchers
• Booking of incoming and outgoing payments;  bank reconciliation
• Intercompany accounting and reconciliation
• Fixed assets accounting and reconciliation
• Balance sheet accounts’ reconciliation
• Preparation of daily and ad-hoc reporting
• Cognos reporting
• Secures high quality and professional day to day accounting services within agreed SLA
• Identifies and actively contributes to potential process improvements within all accounting areas
• Complies with company’s policies and procedures
