Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in technical/IT branch
• Experience in using Agile ways of working and ensuring all the ceremonies are executed and bringing value to the product
• Fluency in English (C1 level)
• Strong communications skills
• Conflict management skills
• Flexible approach in communication with the technical and non-technical teams or Product Owners 
• Ability to build/fulfill bridge between headquarter and Krakow

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitating Agile practices and ceremonies: daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning and other activities as needed
• Working directly with the Product Owner and the Product Team
• Promoting and demonstrating core principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability and visibility (being an ambassador)
• Identifying Product Team improvement opportunities and looks externally for best practices in order to increase team effectiveness and overall product quality
• Understanding the topic and value of products and helping the teams to sort it out
• Challenging Product Owners and Product Team on what is feasible to deliver or not based on teams capacity, dependencies, budget, etc.
• Working with other Scrum Masters to increase effectiveness of Agile ways of working in the organisation
