For our Client - international company - we are looking for candidates for a position of: 

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting with strong background in General Ledger
  • Proficiency in reading financial statements
  • 4+ years of leadership experience in Record to Report process leading the process and supporting multiple countries / business units
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very good customer service skills and strong customer driven focus
  • Pro-activeness, improvements driver
  • Positive attitude and open minded
  • Fluent in written and spoken English language


Responsibilities:

  • Manage RtR accounting operations and ensure high quality of accounting, compliance with company accounting finance manual and IFRS in close cooperation with legal entities finance departments
  • Ensure that new directives/accounting policies/standards are implemented in operations
  • Review and ensure the quality of monthly and annual reporting
  • Actively drive processes standardization and process improvements to simplify and improve the productivity within RtR 
  • Monitor Internal Control and compliance for the RtR
  • Lead and manage the RtR team (100+ FTE)
  • Drive key projects and initiatives for RtR 
  • Drive performance mindset by setting up proper KPIs and metrics into the processes
