Requirements:
8+ years of experience in finance and accounting with strong background in General Ledger
Proficiency in reading financial statements
4+ years of leadership experience in Record to Report process leading the process and supporting multiple countries / business units
Excellent communication skills
Very good customer service skills and strong customer driven focus
Pro-activeness, improvements driver
Positive attitude and open minded
Fluent in written and spoken English language
Responsibilities:
Manage RtR accounting operations and ensure high quality of accounting, compliance with company accounting finance manual and IFRS in close cooperation with legal entities finance departments
Ensure that new directives/accounting policies/standards are implemented in operations
Review and ensure the quality of monthly and annual reporting
Actively drive processes standardization and process improvements to simplify and improve the productivity within RtR
Monitor Internal Control and compliance for the RtR
Lead and manage the RtR team (100+ FTE)
Drive key projects and initiatives for RtR
Drive performance mindset by setting up proper KPIs and metrics into the processes
