Requirements:

 

What you’ll need:

 

• Good language skills in Spanish (A2-B1)
• Good language skills in English
• University degree educational background in finance and accounting will be highly regarded
• Practical knowledge of MS office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Experience in an international environment will be an asset
• Experience with ERP accounting systems (e.g., Oracle)
• Good understanding of general accounting principles and GL area
• Previous experience with Tax area will be an asset
• Analytical skills, attention to details
• Service oriented and professional working approach
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
• Related experience in finance / accounting area 2 year

Responsibilities:

 

What you’ll do:

 

Timely and diligently performing allocated tasks assigned by management in the area of:

• MEC activities and GL related transactions in Oracle system for Latin America markets
• Balance sheet reconciliation process
• Tax related processes
• Participation in Balance sheet review preparation
• Ensure daily processes are completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Participating in audit package annual process
• Responding to queries from different stakeholders
• Dealing with ad-hoc administrative duties
• Identifying potential process improvements
• Participation in projects for process transformation
• Supporting other team members in day to day processes
