What do you need to have?

  • Expertise in delivering and transforming reports for a complex organisation
  • Significant experience of data management, visualisation, analytics and building reporting solutions, including creating standardised reporting suites
  • Having successes in managing a portfolio of reports developments, using agile project management methods within Power BI, Tableau and/or Looker
  • Being capable of building out dashboard and visualisation solutions for a variety of functions and business stakeholders
  • Having an understanding of Finance, Supply Chain and Procurement processes and required reporting
  • Experience in using various visualisation and data extracting tools (Excel, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, VBA), as well as source systems (SAP, Ariba, etc)
  • Being familiar with cloud based analytics platforms – GCP preferred
  • Experience in leading global reporting transformation programmes
  • Energetic and assertive – ability to present and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders, challenge their thinking, influence the outcome
  • Being comfortable with ambiguity and have an analytical mindset


What will you be responsible for?

Change and Transformation

  • Working with process owners, functional global leads, Global Data Function and market teams to drive transformation, standardisation, automation and self-service of reports
  • Leading standardisation and simplification of ways of working, collaboration across teams and ease of interaction with markets and group functions
  • Driving culture of continuous improvement
  • Creating and building new solutions to improve quality of service for the stakeholders and enjoyment from work delivered for the employees
  • Identifying opportunities to deliver new value added services, advanced analytics, data visualisation and automation

 

Design of new reporting suites

  • Gathering business and functional requirements, managing expectations, facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders
  • Managing agile development of reporting suites – from Minimal Viable Product to deployment
  • Collaborating with IT and Master Data teams to create adequate infostructure to create the reports
  • Focusing on visualisation, ease of use, enablement of self service in design and delivery
  • Designing the right SLAs and KPIs

 

Transition of processes

  • Participating in detail design of reports to be transitioned to GBS
  • Overseeing transition ensuring work is transitioned timely and in line with expectations
  • Ensuring effective stabilisation of reporting delivery in GBS

 

Delivery of service:

  • Managing and delivering scope of Reporting in line with Service Catalogue and stakeholder’s expectations
  • Doing quality assurance of work delivered by the Reporting Team
  • Managing and solving escalations

 

Stakeholder management for a region

  • Being a point of contact for senior stakeholders within a region
  • Running and participating in governance forums for the region, solving issues and escalations
  • Managing portfolio of reports for the region, as well as future opportunities for new reports and transformation of the existing ones
  • Challenging internal customers to ensure the appropriate volume and structure of reporting and analysis is provided
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to further streamline, standardize and improve reporting processes
